Where Are You Located?

We don't have a physical presence being an online store, however we do lease a warehouse in Michigan for checking, storing and receiving goods. To keep our prices down and stocks fresh, we don't always carry a huge inventory so they have to be ordered from one of our international distribution networks but we will let you know if there will be delays.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

You don't have to worry, you are covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as per our 30-day easy Return Policy.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

What If My Credit Card Is Declined?

If your credit card payment is declined and does not go through successfully, you can use another card or PayPal to complete the purchase.

I Placed An Order, But Never Received A Confirmation Email

If you haven't received an email confirmation from thegiftmeister.com within a few hours of placing your order, please check your Spam folder. Alternatively the email address may have been spelt incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact us at support@thegiftmeister.com so that we can help you resolve the issue.

What About Exchange Rates?

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

How Secure Is My Online Order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.

Back-In-Stock Notifications?

If a product you like is sold out, please contact us with your details and we will notify you once it comes back in stock. We will only email you once. We cannot reserve items, so if you receive an email notification that something is back you'll need to be quick if you want to purchase before it sells out again.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to process your order speedily to prevent any delays. You need to inform us urgently within 24 hours should you wish to change or cancel your order before it has been processed. Once it has been processed, we apologize in advance that we cannot make any changes to your order.

Fradulent Orders and Order Cancellations

Credit card fraud is a serious matter and we monitor for any suspicious transactions to detect fraudulent orders.

At any stage, we reserve the right after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Please keep in mind that credit card companies including PayPal charge us cancellation fees so unfortunately there will be a 20% cancellation fee deducted from your total order.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?

As long as your item(s) have not been processed or shipped, we will be able to change your shipping details. Please contact us ASAP within 24 hours regarding the change as we need time to inform our logistics team re the change in shipping details.

What About Shipping Costs?

We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all our products so you know upfront how much you are paying for. We like to keep it simple for you when you shop here. This does not include any customs or import-duty fees as that can vary from country to country.

How Long Does It Take To Get To My Delivery Address?

Depending on availability, it may take between Please allow 14 to 20 working days (excluding public holidays) for your orders to arrive. If you need the product urgently, please contact us so we can advice you on the additional shipping costs to fast-track your order.

Please keep in mind that it may take up to 3 working days to process and ship it out.

What About Customs Fee, Duties or Import Taxes?

Our prices DO NOT include customs fee, duties or import taxes. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods and taxes. You can use this external website Simply Duty to calculate any import taxes. However we recommend for accuracy you visit your local customs office to get an actual estimate.
